Twenty minutes on your operation, not on a slide deck

The useful walkthrough is the one where we load your rate structure and your busiest Saturday and see whether the system holds up. Tell us about the facility and a person replies.

Tell us about the facility

Enough for a person to reply, and to arrive at the call already understanding roughly what you run.

Optional

Either email or phone is enough

No newsletter and no drip sequence — one human reply. We ask these questions to tailor the walkthrough and the proposal to your operation, not to score you.

Sales & new facilities
hello@aced.golf — scoping, walkthroughs, proposals and anything commercial.
Support for existing courses
support@aced.golf — answered by the people who build the platform.
Reporting a problem
Send anything that looks wrong — a number that does not reconcile, a page that will not load, a suspected security issue — to support@aced.golf. You will get a human, and an honest answer about whether it is already known.

What to expect

Cover
Monday to Friday, with weekend cover through the golf season
Response
Same business day for anything blocking a sale or a tee time
Escalation
Anything blocking a sale, a check-in or a tee time goes to the top of the queue, including out of hours during the season.

We publish only the channels and cover we can actually staff. A support matrix with a phone line nobody answers costs more trust than an honest email address.

You do not need to talk to anyone to see the product

The instant course preview builds a working site for your course with no email address, and the full help center is public. Talk to us when you want scope and terms.

Already a customer?

Use support@aced.golf or Get Help inside the product, which sends us the context of the screen you are on.

Procurement or a questionnaire?

Send it to sales. You will get straight answers in writing, including the uncomfortable ones — a platform that dresses those up gets found out at the worst possible moment.

Running something other than a course?

Aced also runs shops, cafés and service businesses. See the small-business side.
