Follow the working day
The details make
the difference.
Look beyond the feature list. Explore the moments where your tee sheet, register, and records need to work together.
Before the first tee
One group. The right rate for each golfer.
Open a tee time and see the players, their rate classes, and the check-in state together. Send the group to the register with the round already priced.
- Member and public rates in the same group
- Check-in and send-to-register on the booking
The last job of the day
Close the drawer.
Keep the full picture.
The Z-report brings the drawer count, tenders, and offline sales into the same close. The day’s activity carries through to the reports your bookkeeper needs.
- Cash, card, and other tenders shown separately
- Offline cash sales identified in the closeout
- CSV reports and accountant exports
Beyond the counter
A course has
a lot of moving parts.
Give each one a place in the same operation, from the booking on your website to the next shipment in the golf shop.
Online booking
Let golfers book directly on your course’s own website.
Inventory & purchasing
Follow the stock on the shelf, and the order on its way.
Members & golfers
Keep balances, memberships, and purchase history together.
Tournaments & leagues
Take the competition from setup to the clubhouse leaderboard.
Staff & shifts
Connect the schedule, the time clock, and the payroll export.
Your course website
Give the course its own front door, with booking built in.
A considered move
Your next season
starts with a plan.
Walk us through your current operation. Data, hardware, setup and training are all part of the one price — and the move is defined in writing before anything changes.
- 01
Understand the operation
Your courses, registers, golfers, and current systems.
- 02
Define the move
A written scope for data, equipment, configuration, and training.
- 03
Prepare for opening day
Set up the workflows and work through the first shift together.
What does Aced cost?
One annual price for your facility, with everything included: every module and feature, onboarding and data migration, your website and domain set up, support, and a card reader. The price is set by the size of the operation — how many courses and locations you run — never by which features you use. There are no booking fees, and card payments run through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates with no Aced markup. Tell us about the operation and you get a written proposal with the number in it.
Does Aced work if the internet goes down?
The register switches to cash-only offline mode. About forty seconds after losing connection it shows an offline banner and keeps taking cash sales, queued on the device with the exact time they were rung. Card payments, tip-on-display, discounts, rewards, tabs and customer attach are disabled while offline, because each of those needs the server to answer truthfully. The queue replays automatically when the connection returns, and each sale carries a one-time id so a flaky connection can never create a duplicate.
Who processes payments?
Stripe, under your own Stripe account, with funds settling to your own bank. Aced is not a bank, money transmitter or processor — money flows through Stripe rather than through us. You pay Stripe's standard processing rates on your own account; Aced adds no markup on top.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export customers, sales, timesheets and reports to CSV at any time while the account is active. If a payment fails, the account becomes read-only rather than being deleted, so nothing is lost while billing is sorted out. After termination you may request a full export of your account data for thirty (30) days, after which we may delete it, except records we are required to retain by law. That is the same promise, in the same words, in the Terms, in the Privacy Policy and on the Security page.
