Run the daily tee sheet

Book, move, check in, and get groups paid — the whole counter flow.

The tee sheet is the golf day, hour by hour. It always shows the course's timezone, opens scrolled to *now*, and dims times that have already passed (they still work — they just stop shouting).

Book a group

Click any open time (or its Book button). In the drawer:

  • Search or add each golfer. Existing customers autofill with their profile — a member prices as a member automatically. New golfers need a name, a profile, and one contact method.
  • Ride or walk per player, 9 or 18 holes per group.
  • Each seat shows that golfer's price; the total is live.
  • "Usually plays with" suggests recent playing partners — one tap fills the next seat.

Manage a group

Click a group's name tag:

  • Check in golfers one by one or all at once.
  • Mark paid by golfer (splits welcome) or Send to register — fees land in the POS as green fee + cart fee lines, priced per player.
  • Change a golfer's profile to re-price on the spot.
  • Remove one golfer or cancel the whole time. The freed spots go straight back on sale online.
  • Drag a group tag to another time to move them.

Block times

Block times takes slots off sale with a reason staff can see — frost delay, maintenance, a league. Standing weekly blocks handle recurring groups. Blocked times can be reopened with one click.

Tip: Print starter sheet (top right) gives the starter a clean paper copy of the day.
